What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Australian orders over $60 will receive free regular postage via Australia Post. Australian orders over $150 have the option for free express postage within Australia. To take advantage of this offer, select the correct postage on checkout.

All international postage is determined via weight. This helps us to keep postage costs down and we have also applied a discount to all international postage..

All postage is calculated on checkout with the postage address you nominate.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept most popular credit cards, Direct bank deposits, Paypal, AfterPay & ZipPay.

How long will delivery take?

Australian regular postage is around 3-5 business days. Express postage is around 1-2 business days. 

International postage varies on each country, but generally around 5-10 business days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We used the latest SSL certificates and security measures as well as secure, monitored servers so your data is always safe.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As we hand make most of our goods, unless the item is in stock, we need to put together your item.  This can take a few days depending on the item. You will receive email communications through out your entire order and your free at anytime to contact us directly to get any updates on your order. We will always notify you if any issues arise.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Ensuring you enter the correct email address, you will be emailed directly after you order with an invoice for your order.
