The beauty about handmade is that you can be sure that it’s been made well. Because we take pride in this, everything we make comes with a lifetime guarantee; except consumable/perishable items like our soaps, perfumes, balms, lotions.

Every item we produce and send out is checked for quality before sending to ensure it is produced to the highest standard. However if you are for whatever reason unhappy, please contact us. Please be aware, in order to accept a return, the item must be in unused, like new condition, without damage or marks.

How to return

When you change your mind

Leather

If you change your mind once you’ve received your item, you can return the item within 14 days of the dispatch date from our studio for a full refund. Providing it hasn’t been used. 

All International full price items must show proof of return postage to us within 7 days of their receipt to receive a refund.

If it’s longer than the above, and providing it is unused, upon receiving the product we can offer:

  • A credit note
  • Exchange for another style — however you will have to allow up to two weeks for us to make the new item. 

Grooming products

Due to the nature of our grooming products, some things can’t be resold due to hygiene issues. Therefore, if you change your mind, we’re happy to exchange the product for another or issue a credit note. 

Lifetime guarantee

All of our handcrafted products come with a lifetime guarantee for materials and craftsmanship. Nearly everything we produce can be repaired. If anything goes wrong or isn’t to your satisfaction, please email us at info@stuga.com.au 

We always endeavour to repair any item were possible. If the item required repair or replacement, we will provide a return postage address. If it is determined a replacement is to be provided, we will contact you with your provided details and discuss the replacement item. Replacements are only for the same or equal cost item. If you wish to replace the item with a higher priced item, then the cost difference will be charged.
