Shipping Policy (2025)
At Stuga, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our workshop in the Southern Highlands, NSW. We ship throughout Australia and internationally using Australia Post.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or for made-to-order items, there may be slight delays — we’ll keep you updated if needed.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer the following options via Australia Post:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times may vary for rural or remote areas.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. All Australian parcels include tracking.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via Australia Post International services. Estimated delivery times are:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international parcels include tracking.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions for monitoring your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delivery delays. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@stuga.com.au — we’ll work with Australia Post to help resolve the issue.
