Peony No. 211 is a soft floral perfume built on three notes: lily of the valley, peony and mandarin. Lily of the valley is the spine of it — green, dewy and transparent, the note that keeps the whole thing from turning heavy. Peony opens above it, full and romantic, the bloom itself rather than anything powdered. Mandarin lifts them both with a clean, sunlit sparkle that never turns sharp. Everything else in the blend — jasmine and orange peel — is there to hold those three up. Hand-blended in the Southern Highlands at 20–25% concentration, and it wears the same on anyone. Formerly sold as Whisper — same blend, same bottle, new name.
