These are our real 10 ml bottles and labels. The only thing that changes is the name, printed in-house on the same run, so forty names cost the same as forty plain bottles. Send the list and we print each name exactly as the person spells it.

Named perfume and soap are made from stock scents, so they move fast. Custom labels and timber kits take longer. Tell us your date and we'll tell you straight if it works.

Perfume contains alcohol, so it travels by road with Australia Post, not express. For Christmas, brief us by early November.

The maker

You brief the maker, not a sales desk.

I'm Nicklas. Stuga is my workshop in Moss Vale, in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Every corporate order is blended, printed and packed here by me, and the names are printed on our own machine, so a list of forty is no harder than a list of four.

Stuga is Swedish for cottage.

Corporate gifting, answered.

How long do personalised corporate gifts take?

Named perfume and soap usually take 2–3 weeks from the brief. A custom label design takes 3–5 weeks, and boxed timber kits 4–6. If your date is tight, ask anyway. Named 10 ml perfume can often be turned around faster.

Is there a minimum order?

Corporate orders start at 10 gifts, and larger orders get better rates per head. Under 10, you can order straight from the shop.

Can you put our logo or our own design on the label?

Yes. Either a small mark alongside the name, or a front label designed from scratch around your brand. The back label always stays: it carries the ingredients, safety information and our details, which the law requires on perfume.

Can we add a message or the event name?

Yes. One short line, about 25 characters, such as the event and the date. It costs nothing extra and you see it on the proof first.

Can we try the scents first?

Yes. Samples are available for the perfumes and soaps. Mention it in your brief and we'll send testers before you commit.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, with free postage on corporate orders, sent as one delivery to one address. Perfume contains alcohol, so it goes by road with Australia Post rather than express.

Are corporate gifts tax deductible?

Gifts to clients and staff are generally deductible as a non-entertainment business gift, with the GST credit claimable, and staff gifts under $300 a head usually fall under the FBT minor-benefits exemption. You get one GST tax invoice on the Stuga ABN. We're makers, not tax advisers, so check with your accountant.
