Cinnamon No. 425 is a warm, spiced perfume built on three notes: cinnamon bark, pink pepper and mahogany. Real cinnamon bark — the resinous, slightly woody kind, not the sweet bakery kind. Pink pepper lifts it with a sparkling, almost rosy heat. Mahogany sits underneath it all, smooth and polished, giving the spice something solid to rest on. Everything else in the blend — bergamot, red apple, Madagascar vanilla, sandalwood and vetiver — is there to hold those three up. Hand-blended in the Southern Highlands at 20–25% concentration, and it wears the same on anyone. Formerly sold as Ember — same blend, same bottle, new name.

The scent

It starts with a bite. Cinnamon bark arrives first — warm, resinous, faintly woody — with pink pepper sparkling over the top of it and a slice of crisp red apple and bergamot underneath. It smells like the moment you walk into a room and everyone turns around.

Then the wood comes up to meet it. Mahogany gives the spice weight and polish, a smooth dark grain that stops the heat running away with itself. Black pepper keeps a dry prickle in the middle. This is the heart of Cinnamon No. 425, and it's magnetic — the kind of scent that makes someone lean in closer and ask what you're wearing.

The dry-down is where it settles into your skin and stays. Madagascar vanilla — rich, creamy, not sugary — rounds the spice off.
