How to Use Your Complete Beard Kit
How to Use Your Complete Beard Kit
The full routine, start to finish — wash, oil, balm, comb, and the matched fragrance to wear. Every morning in about five minutes.
Six things, one matched scent.
Your oil, balm and 10ml perfume all come blended in the one scent you chose — so your beard and your fragrance are the same story, start to collar.
Beard Wash Block
A soap block made for the beard — cleans without stripping the natural oils, so the hair isn't left squeaky and dry.
Beard Oil · 30ml
Sweet almond, macadamia & apricot kernel oils, with a precision pipette dropper. Softens and conditions.
Styling Balm · 50g
Locks in moisture with a light, flexible hold — tames flyaways for a natural, not-shellacked finish.
Wooden Comb
Anti-static, pocket-sized. Smooth teeth glide without snagging and spread the oil evenly through the beard.
Matte Charcoal Caddy
Holds the oil, balm and comb so your daily setup stays neat and ready to grab.
Matching Perfume · 10ml
The finishing touch — the same scent as your oil and balm, in a wearable 10ml to carry the fragrance up to your collar.
Five steps, best after a shower.
Wash
Wet the beard, then rub the wash block directly against the grain a few times to work up a lather — or build it in your hands first. Massage down to the skin, then rinse clean.
Two or three times a week is plenty. Daily hot showers already do a lot; over-washing dries the beard out.
Oil
Pat the beard until it's slightly damp, not dripping — soaking wet hair just dilutes the oil.
Medium (3–6 mths): 5–7 drops
Long (6+ mths): 8–10 drops
Balm
Wait two or three minutes after the oil. Scoop a rice-grain to pea-size amount of balm, warm it in your hands, smooth it over the outer layer, then comb through. Light, natural hold — shape it, don't shellac it.
Comb & store
One final comb to set the shape, then put the oil, balm and comb back in the caddy so tomorrow is easy.
Wear the fragrance
Finish with the matched 10ml perfume on your pulse points — it's the same scent as your beard, so instead of a beard smell fighting whatever cologne you'd normally reach for, everything reads as one.
Your beard scent — now something you wear.
The 10ml is a full-strength perfume, not a sample. It carries the same scent as your oil and balm up off the beard and out to arm's length, so you smell consistent from your chin to your collar.
One or two sprays on the warm spots — the sides of the neck, behind the jaw, the inner wrists. The warmth lifts the scent through the day.
After you've oiled and combed, as the last thing before you head out. Don't rub the wrists together — it crushes the top notes.
Because the perfume matches your beard blend, the two layer instead of clash — the fragrance just reinforces what's already on the beard.
Oil daily, wash a few times a week.
The oil-and-balm part is the daily event, best after your shower. Save the wash block for two or three times a week. If your beard feels dry by evening, a tiny touch of oil only — no need to balm again.
Go slightly heavier on the oil — cold, dry air pulls moisture out of the hair and skin.
Ease off the balm so the beard doesn't feel heavy or greasy in the heat.
Wash the sweat out, then re-oil — it resets the conditioning and the scent.
Quick fixes.
Feels greasy
Use fewer drops of oil, and make sure the beard is damp rather than wet when you apply.
Still feels dry
Add one or two extra drops and massage right into the skin underneath, not just the hair. Ease back on how often you wash.
Itchy skin
Work the oil all the way down to the base of the hair. A proper wash before oiling helps if it persists.
Scent fades too fast
Perfume lasts longest on moisturised skin — spray onto the pulse points straight after a shower, and don't rub it in.
Patchy or uneven growth
Comb daily and keep it conditioned. Genetics decide most of it — focus on keeping what you have healthy.
